Teens arrested in a firework incident
As parents we do the best we can to raise our children to be productive members of society, but unfortunately our best intentions don't always shield our children from getting into trouble with the law.
In Menifee California, two juveniles were arrested and booked for setting off fireworks in a school. A 16 year-old student had her eardrum ruptured when the fireworks that are being compared to M-80's (fireworks that have more than 50 milligrams of pyrotechnic composition and thus illegal in the United States) were ignited inside a school classroom.
Both students are now facing charges as well as expulsion from their school.
A parent will do anything to protect their child and that includes hiring an attorney to help defend their children's rights. James Dicks is a professional Criminal Defense Attorney who handles
juvenile cases ranging from small misdemeanors to felonies.
