Oceanside Man Accused of Murder

Mr. Henderson denies shooting his wife intentionally, which the Prosecutor would has to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" in order to obtain a murder conviction.

Although the District Attorney's Office has charged Mr. Henderson with murder and a parole violation, a jury could find Mr. Henderson guilty of a lesser offense of manslaughter if his defense team can prove the murder was unintentional.
