A Lake Elsinore resident is being sought for, after he tried to kidnap an 11-year-old boy from the street. The boy and his older brother were walking on Lincoln Street when a Latino man believed to be in his 60's drove up right next to the boy and tried to grab him. The boy pulled free and managed to escape. The man fled and was last seen heading north on Lincoln Street towards Gran Avenue.
